You know.... we all make mistakes right? And if we are wise, we learn from the mistakes of others and can avoid making those same ones ourselves, right?
So, just because I love you guys and can hopefully spare you a little trouble down the road, here is this piece of advice:
Don't ever, ever-ever-ever, give away your toddler's piece of candy during his nap to an older sibling who happens by asking for it.
You know, that piece of candy Mr. Toddler found in the preachers candy dish on his desk in his office?
Yeah, that one.
Don't give it away. That would be a very big Mommy-Mistake.
Because he will remember it later.
And ask for it.
And older sib will not have the know-how to play it cool. He'll feel perfectly fine telling Mr. Toddler, "I ate that candy."
And then things won't be pretty.
Just so ya know.

Speaking as the youngest of 4 siblings, I know exactly how ugly things got. ;)
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha That is great! It is amazing how things YOU think are no big deal become the Biggest.Deal.Ever with your kids!
Uh oh! Sounds dramatic!
I gave you a blog award on my blog. Come check it out when you have a minute. :)
