Well.... here's two weeks' worth:
That doesn't include our read-aloud and the books I'm reading for myself.Well.... here's two weeks' worth:
Some of those pictured are ours, most are from the library. While I think everyone (especially kids!) should own books, I can never understand why anyone would buy all their books when they have unlimited FREE access at the library!
Anyway.... I loved seeing our basket full of books and wanted to share with you. Have you read anything good lately?

That looks like what we bring home from the library! I agree that free is better, some people don't have access to a good library though.
That basket looks like the one we have--full to overflowing! Currently checked out at our house:
1. "Skippyjon Jones"
2. "Click, Clack, Moo, Cows that Type" (by Doreen Cronin)
3. "Junie B Jones" by Barbara Park for my new big girl chapter book reader Lauren!
4. originial "Mary Poppins" my Mary Travers for Rachel
5. several bug books for Emilee
We looooove the library!
Have I read anything!!?? *scoff!!!* I've been reading a-plenty! I just finished Jane Eyre, now I'm reading Great Expectations, Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, and Edward II. Not to mention essays and primary documents for Civil War and Rec.
