Because mine does (like an old man), so I'm just wondering.
*You know.... snoring = sawing logs.... sawing / saw dust.... oh never mind. Little bit of a stretch, I know. I couldn't help myself!

Our Daughter (5th of 8 children) used to snore so loud, that if she fell asleep during a church service, we would have to step out. Although she never even had a sore throat that we could ever recall, the doctors recommended to have her tonsils and adnoids out. They said they were so large that it was causing her to snore and closing off the airway. She had them out at 4 and has never snored since(she is 9 now).
Lauren (6) snores. She has some type of sleep thing going on (remember all the bloodwork/neurological stuff/sleep study, etc. last year) and when she sleeps, she snores. Not too loud, but STILL!

What Renee said about the tonsils and adenoids was what I was thinking as I read your post. You might want to get that checked out.
