Help! Cooking for a crew!

**This post is going up pretty quick after my previous one, so be sure and scroll down for my latest Dale story if you haven't seen it yet. ;) **As some of you already know, Greg is going on a pre-Thanksgiving ski trip.
He will be the only adult in a cabin/condo/whatever with 7 teenage boys.
And it will be his job to cook for them 3 nights!
Oh my and oh dear. This is where I could use your help. What are relatively cheap, easy-to-prepare meals for 8? 8 males who will have spent the day skiing. And will want meat. And lots of it.
And may I mention again easy-to-prepare?

Any suggestions?
(And I know there are a lot of you who aren't bloggers that read this blog. I know you are out there. This would be a great time for you to reveal yourselves and chime in. You can leave a comment "anonymously" and then sign your name. 'kay? Great! Thanks!)

how about tin foil dinners (or hobo dinners) we make them while camping, but can very easily be done in an oven also.
We use hamburger meat, make a patty (like a hamburger) place that at the bottom, throw in some veggies. (onions, carrots, potatoes, mushrooms.. whatever..) and some condensed soup (cream of mushroom, or cream of chicken again it doesnt matter much..) wrap it all up tight. Put it at the edge of the fire or in the oven.. pretty easy and really yummy!! :)

Will there be a crock pot?? Chili is so easy to prepare. We like the McCormick mix with two cans of tomato sauce and one can of chili beans. It doubles easily, and can go far if served with fritos, rice, cheese, or tortillas. Hearty and simple!

I also love this TACO SOUP....

2 lbs. ground beef
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can shoepeg corn
1 can rotel
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 can (coke can size) tomato juice
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 envelope ranch dressing mix

Do not drain any cans....just open them all, dump in a crock pot, and simmer all day. This is really meaty and good. We like it with Fritos and shredded cheese....because we're health nuts! :) Good luck!
