It doubles easily, and can go far if served with fritos, rice, cheese, or tortillas. Hearty and simple!

I also love this TACO SOUP....

2 lbs. ground beef
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can shoepeg corn
1 can rotel
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 can (coke can size) tomato juice
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 envelope ranch dressing mix

Do not drain any cans....just open them all, dump in a crock pot, and simmer all day. This is really meaty and good. We like it with Fritos and shredded cheese....because we're health nuts! :) Good luck!Brookehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11392810979123519326noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2596079868751583870.post-85434591758748863332008-11-20T14:21:00.000-06:002008-11-20T14:21:00.000-06:00how about tin foil dinners (or hobo dinners) we ma...how about tin foil dinners (or hobo dinners) we make them while camping, but can very easily be done in an oven also.
We use hamburger meat, make a patty (like a hamburger) place that at the bottom, throw in some veggies. (onions, carrots, potatoes, mushrooms.. whatever..) and some condensed soup (cream of mushroom, or cream of chicken again it doesnt matter much..) wrap it all up tight. Put it at the edge of the fire or in the oven.. pretty easy and really yummy!! :)Ryley @ That's My Family!https://www.blogger.com/profile/17823455150556488287noreply@blogger.com
